The measurements on this basket base are approximately 8 ½”in length X 5″ in width. The sides of the basket are approximately 8″ in height. The accents on this basket are the ash curls over dyed reed, plus the braided handle. This basket was designed to hold basketry tools, however many people have purchased it to handle condiments and/or napkins. Would also make a great gift basket filled with a variety of items. Could even be used to hold those wonderful X-mas cards during the holidays.
